Deactivating a client

This action is only available to organization owners and admin users.

When a client account is deactivated, they will no longer be able to access your organization on the Hopstack Ignite platform. Their account will remain, but they will not be shown any data that belongs to your prep center’s instance on Hopstack Ignite.

Here are the steps to deactivate a client.

  1. Log into the Ignite platform using your owner or admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Clients’ page in the navigation bar

  3. The Client Management screen will now open up.

  4. Click on the three dots icon in the Action column against the client you would like to deactivate.

  5. Click on Deactivate Account

  6. Once done, the client status will change to ‘Inactive’
