Product Update 30th Dec'25
📦 Packing materials are now first-class in Ignite
You can now create and manage packing material master data directly in Ignite, along with unit costs. This will provide fulfillment teams a clean, consistent way to standardize packing supplies across users and workflows, instead of relying on ad hoc naming or offline tracking.
⚡ Packing Experience 2.0: Fast and Effecient
Packing has been upgraded end-to-end to help teams pack faster and with fewer misses:
Pre-selected packing materials during packing, so teams can move quickly without searching every time
Packing material cost tracking during fulfillment, so costs are captured while the work happens, not after the fact
A cleaner, more streamlined packing UI designed for speed and accuracy
What this unlocks next: As teams start using pre-selected packing materials consistently, Ignite will be able to recommend the best packing material based on historical usage patterns along with product and packaging dimensions.
