eHub

The Hopstack-eHub connection is used for shipping aggregation purposes. Within Ignite, the use of the eHub connection is as follows:

1. Purchase shipping labels from carriers integrated with eHub without leaving the platform

2. Update shipping details against the original marketplace order

3. Keep a record of the tracking number and other relevant details in the system against the relevant order

As an aggregator, eHub will only provide rates for those shipping services that are enabled on the eHub platform.

Ignite will only be able to fetch rates and purchase shipping for the services that are enabled on eHub.
