📊 Generate Billing Activity Reports in a few clicks

A recurring theme in the feedback from 3PLs and FBA prep centers has been the difficulty of producing monthly billing activity reports and reconciling them with clients. This work often requires switching between several systems and pulling data from multiple places. Ignite now brings all of this into a single workflow. You can create inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, and shipping label activity reports for any billing period in a few clicks, without spreadsheets or manual stitching. This update is also the first step in a larger effort to simplify billing inside Ignite, and more capabilities will continue to roll out in the coming releases.

💸 Capture Shipping Markup Inside Ignite

3PLs and FBA prep centers can add shipping markups directly during the packing step, whether they purchase labels through Ignite or record them externally. Markups can be entered as a percentage or a fixed amount, and every fulfillment now shows a clear breakdown of the base shipping cost and the applied markup in the list view. This information is visible only to internal 3PL and FBA prep users.

✏️ Track Offline Fulfillment with Manual Ignite orders

You can now create one-off or offline orders directly inside Ignite. This helps in cases where a client sells through a non integrated channel or when you receive wholesale or bulk requests that never arrive through Amazon, Shopify, or eBay. These orders can be created against your existing SKUs and processed through the same DTC fulfillment workflows you already use.

🛒 eBay Integration is now fully available

The eBay connector has moved out of beta and is open to all Ignite customers. You can now onboard any merchant selling on eBay and manage their orders, product sync, and fulfillment directly inside Ignite alongside Shopify and Amazon. The workflow requires no additional setup for existing users.

✨ UX Improvements

• Added a Ship-to country column and filter on the orders and fulfillment views to quickly identify the destination of each order.

• Introduced a fulfillment source column and filter to help you distinguish orders fulfilled through Ignite from those fulfilled directly by your clients on their channels, even when the fulfillment location is your warehouse. This gives clarity during billing and avoids downstream bottlenecks.

• Filters on list views are now sticky and remain applied even if you navigate away and return, unless you choose to reset them.
