📦 eBay Integration Now Live (Beta)

Ignite now supports direct integration with eBay, enabling seamless order, inventory, and fulfillment sync alongside your existing Shopify and Amazon channels. The integration is currently in beta and will be generally available by November 14.

If you’d like early access to test the eBay connection for your account, please reach out, and we can enable it ahead of the general release.

📦 Enhanced Outbound Orders View

The Outbound Orders screen now offers better visibility and quicker access to details:

  • Inline product preview: Hover, click, or expand any order to instantly view all products and quantities.

  • Order channel visibility: See whether an order came from Shopify, Amazon FBA, or FBM at a glance.

  • New filters: Filter by order channel or creation date to segment and prioritize orders easily.

🚚 Enhanced Fulfillment List View

You can now reconcile and bill clients more accurately with improved shipment visibility:

  • Order reference in view: Each shipment now displays the associated Order ID(s) along with their source channel and product details.

  • Expandable rows: Expand any shipment to see all linked orders, products, and channels in one place. No need to navigate away.

🧭 UX and List View Improvements

A series of small but impactful enhancements have been rolled out across multiple list views to make daily workflows smoother and more intuitive:

  • Consistent column selectors across all list views: Customize visible columns across Inbound, Orders, Fulfillment, Product, and Inventory screens.

  • Perishables and Hazmat filters: New filters and columns added on Product and Inventory screens for faster segregation and control.

  • Out-of-stock inventory filter: Quickly include or exclude out-of-stock SKUs with a single click.

  • Ship-to-country filter: Now available across Orders and Fulfillment lists to easily separate domestic and international shipments for billing.

  • Spacing and layout improvements: Fixed inconsistencies across pages, added placeholder text on all search bars, and refined overall readability.

  • Export options: Product and Inventory screens now support direct exports for simpler reporting and analysis.

🛠️ Shopify DTC Fulfillment Fixes

Edge cases involving product updates in existing Shopify orders have now been resolved to ensure smoother and more reliable fulfillment:

  • All fulfillment orders are now processed correctly, including those with newly added products.

  • Orders no longer get cancelled automatically when products are updated.

  • Newly added products in existing Shopify orders are now captured accurately during fulfillment.

⚙️ Sync Tracking for Scheduled FBA Removals

Scheduled FBA removal syncs now display job status and progress, giving both 3PL admins and merchants clear visibility into automated sync activity.
