Product Update 9th Oct 2025
📦 Amazon Order Removal - Inside Ignite
We’ve shipped a major upgrade for 3PLs and FBA prep centers: Amazon Removal Orders inside Ignite. No more logging into individual Seller Central accounts. View Removal Orders centrally, filter by client, and keep your teams in sync from one clean interface.
Why this matters 🤔
One place for truth: See all active Removal Orders across your connected FBA clients inside Ignite.
Faster triage: Filter by client to prioritize SKUs and actions quickly.
Operational Visibility: Clients can see only their own Removal Orders when they log in.
What’s new 🎉
Centralized Removal Orders: A new view in Ignite lists Removal Orders for any client with a connected Amazon FBA store.
Per-client filtering: Work one client at a time for clean separation and focus.
Automatic refresh: Data refreshes every 24 hours for each connected client.
On-demand refresh: Need it sooner? Trigger an instant refresh anytime.
Access control built-in: Clients see only their own data.
Getting started ✅
Connect at least one client’s FBA store in Ignite (Connections → Amazon FBA).
Once connected, Removal Orders auto-schedule for that client and begin refreshing every 24 hours.
Open Reverse Logistics → FBA Removals in the left nav, then select a client from the filter to view their orders.
Click Refresh now for an ad-hoc sync if you need the latest status immediately.

Already connected clients? If your clients had FBA stores connected earlier, their Removal Orders will begin showing automatically (where available from Seller Central).
Notes & safeguards 📒
Client isolation: When clients log in, they can only see their own Removal Orders.
Disconnections: If a client’s store is disconnected, its Removal Order schedule stops until reconnected.
Coming soon 😎
Create Removal Orders in Ignite: Raise Removal Orders directly without leaving the app.
Inbound linkage: Link Removal Orders to Inbound Orders so you can receive items against those removals into the warehouse.
